Year 1 Quarter 2: Isaac and Rebekah, Jacob and Esau, Joseph, Moses and the Israelites escape from Egypt. 

The stories for this term include some very disfunctional families, so I chose the theme of family relationships, hoping to help the children understand their own familys and friends better,

Craft: Minature (dolls-house) furniture.  They can take their piece home each week or you could keep them in a shoe-box house at Sabbath School.

Each week I give each teacher a plastic folder which contains the "program list" for the day and all the supplies that the kids at that table will need.  Each table also has a small box containing scissors, glue and tape etc.
